Important Notice: By accessing, registering on, or placing any wager through the bw099 platform (available at https://bw099.bet), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. Where the context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Access to and use of the bw099 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active Account:
- Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. bw099 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, access, or use the Platform under any circumstances. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older.
- Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and gaming is not explicitly prohibited to end users by the laws applicable to you personally. bw099 primarily serves English-preference players residing in Indonesia; however, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are acting under guardianship are not eligible to use the Platform.
- One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
- Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntarily applied through your bw099 Account settings or imposed by bw099 under its responsible gaming policy.
- Not a Restricted Person: Employees, contractors, directors, agents, and immediate family members of bw099 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or platform partners are not eligible to hold a Member Account or place Wagers on the Platform.
bw099 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including a copy of a government-issued identity document confirming date of birth and residential address — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in our request will result in account suspension pending resolution.
To access the full range of services available on the Platform, you must complete the bw099 registration process and have your Account verified. By submitting a registration application, you represent that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
3.1 Registration Information. During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, preferred currency (IDR), and a secure password of your own choosing. You may also be asked to provide your residential address in Indonesia.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bw099 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify bw099 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, bw099 is required to verify your identity. You will be asked to submit:
- A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Indonesian national identity card — KTP, passport, or driving licence).
- Proof of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking app showing your full name and account number, or confirmation of your OVO / DANA / GoPay / ShopeePay account).
- Any additional documentation that bw099 may reasonably request to satisfy its anti-money-laundering obligations.
3.4 Accuracy of Information. You agree to promptly notify bw099 of any changes to your personal information by contacting our support team. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bw099 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following locally supported channels in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR): BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The list of accepted methods may be updated from time to time; the current list is always displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to your bw099 Account balance promptly upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processor. bw099 does not charge any platform fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bw099 accepts no responsibility.
4.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section and may vary by payment method. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at bw099's discretion. Members who have completed enhanced KYC verification may be eligible for higher transaction limits.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Members are typically processed within five (5) minutes during standard operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business cycle. bw099 reserves the right to conduct additional security or identity checks before releasing any withdrawal, and the processing time may be extended accordingly.
4.5 Same-Method Withdrawal Rule. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. If this is not feasible, bw099 will process the withdrawal to an alternative verified account held in the Member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
4.6 Bonus Fund Restrictions. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Any attempt to withdraw Bonus Funds before satisfying the applicable wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds. Full details of wagering requirements are set out in Clause 5 below and in each individual promotion's terms.
bw099 is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on Account balances. Funds held in your Account are held for the purposes of facilitating Wagers on the Platform only.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. bw099 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 match days, Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of this Agreement.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion's individual terms state otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before a withdrawal of winnings derived from those Bonus Funds can be processed. The standard wagering requirement at bw099 is set out on each promotion page. Wagers placed on certain games or markets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward satisfying wagering requirements; a full contribution schedule is available in the promotions section of your Account.
5.3 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held or wagered through at any time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active will result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
5.4 Abuse and Misuse. bw099 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Activities that bw099 considers to constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim new-member promotions more than once; placing low-risk or opposing Wagers to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "matched betting"); colluding with other Members; and exploiting software errors or pricing anomalies. Where bw099 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void all associated Wagers, forfeit all Bonus Funds and winnings derived therefrom, and close the Member's Account.
5.5 Promotion Expiry. All promotions and Bonus Funds carry an expiry period. Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within fourteen (14) calendar days of being credited will be automatically removed from the Account without compensation.
6.1 Acceptance of Wagers. All Wagers are accepted at the sole discretion of bw099. The display of odds, prices, or game outcomes on the Platform does not constitute an offer to enter into a binding Wager until bw099 has confirmed acceptance of that Wager to the Member. Confirmation is indicated by a Wager reference number appearing in the Member's bet history.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts per Wager are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by product, market, event, and Member account tier. bw099 reserves the right to impose individual staking limits on any Account without prior notice where it determines this to be necessary for risk management purposes.
6.3 Sportsbook. Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with bw099's official Sports Betting Rules, which are available in the help section of the Platform. Where the outcome of a sporting event is disputed or subject to official review, bw099 reserves the right to delay settlement until the relevant governing body has issued a final decision.
6.4 Casino, Slots, and Live Games. All casino games — including slots from providers such as Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game client. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published in each game's information panel. All game outcomes are determined by certified random-number-generation technology.
6.5 Togel and Keno. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from officially published draw outcomes from the relevant market (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and others as listed on the Platform). Keno outcomes are determined by a certified random-number generator. bw099 accepts no responsibility for discrepancies arising from delays in official result publications.
6.6 Void Bets. A Wager may be declared void by bw099 in circumstances including, but not limited to: the cancellation or abandonment of the relevant event; the event not commencing within the stated postponement threshold; obvious pricing errors; or system errors that result in a Wager being accepted at incorrect odds. Where a Wager is voided, the original stake is returned to the Member's Account balance.
6.7 Prohibited Betting Practices. The following betting practices are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds: use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts; arbitrage betting strategies exploiting pricing discrepancies between bw099 and other operators; and any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or wagering based on non-public information.
bw099 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide every Member with direct access to a suite of responsible gaming tools from within their Account dashboard, with no requirement to contact customer support to activate them.
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss you are willing to sustain over a defined period.
- Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration after which your session will be automatically ended.
- Reality Checks: Configure periodic on-screen reminders displaying your session duration and net wagering activity.
- Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which your Account will be suspended from accepting Wagers.
- Self-Exclusion: Apply a voluntary self-exclusion for a minimum period of six (6) months, up to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

All content on the bw099 Platform — including but not limited to the bw099 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, interfaces, game assets provided under licence from third-party studios, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to bw099 and is protected under applicable international intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. No right, title, or interest in any Platform content is transferred to the Member by virtue of this licence or otherwise.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of bw099. Unauthorized use of bw099's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
9.1 Platform Availability. bw099 endeavors to maintain Platform availability at all times but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond bw099's reasonable control. bw099 will not be liable for any losses, costs, or inconvenience arising from Platform downtime.
9.2 Wagering Losses. bw099 shall not be liable to any Member for wagering losses incurred through normal use of the Platform. Gambling inherently involves financial risk, and Members accept full responsibility for all Wagers placed under their Account.
9.3 Pricing Errors. In the event that a Wager is accepted at an incorrect price due to a human error, system malfunction, or data feed failure, bw099 reserves the right to void the affected Wager(s) and return the relevant stake(s) to the Member's Account. bw099 will not be liable for any losses arising from reliance on erroneous pricing.
9.4 Aggregate Liability Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bw099's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.5 Exclusions. Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit bw099's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10.1 Closure by Member. A Member may close their Account at any time by submitting a written request to bw099 via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending Wagers and Bonus Funds not yet cleared through wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
10.2 Closure by bw099. bw099 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Member's Account, and to forfeit all or part of the Account balance, in circumstances including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
- Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading registration information;
- Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
- Collusion, match-fixing, or use of prohibited betting software;
- Bonus abuse as described in Clause 5.4;
- Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe;
- Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for any reason, all licences and rights granted to the Member under this Agreement terminate immediately. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination (including Clauses 8, 9, 11, and 13) shall continue in full force and effect.
11.1 Governing Law. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (whether contractual or non-contractual) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bw099's operating entity is incorporated, as stated in the Platform's licensing information.
11.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a Member and bw099 relating to the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably by contacting bw099 customer support. bw099 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive resolution within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
11.3 Escalation. If a Member is not satisfied with bw099's resolution of a complaint, the Member may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under bw099's international licensing framework, details of which are published on the Platform's licensing page.
11.4 Language. This Agreement is executed in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail in all respects.
bw099 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, bw099 will provide reasonable advance notice via a Platform announcement or by email to the address registered on the Member's Account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must close your Account in accordance with Clause 10.1 before the amendment takes effect.
